Join us for a refreshing Wellness Boot Camp led by Houstonian Club instructor Colleen!

Enjoy a 45-minute strength and cardio session using bands, balls, and intervals, followed by a 15-minute full-body stretch. All fitness levels are welcome, and a brief Q&A on fitness and nutrition will follow.

After your workout, relax with a personal charcuterie and wine tasting — because there’s nothing better than ending a great workout with the best wine in Washington County!

With step-by-step guidance, you’ll create your own unique masterpiece while sipping on a glass of one of Chapelton’s finest wines. It’s the perfect blend of art, wine, and great company in a beautiful vineyard setting.
